May all children be treated tenderly

Little girl Maisie is going through the divorce of her parents. Both parents claim to love their daughters deeply, but no matter which of them, they fail to take good care of their daughters. They are crazy about their dreams and work, the responsibilities of parenthood are long gone, and the declared love only overloads Maisie's small body. When Maisie needed them most, they were not there. Instead, the kind stepfather (mother's new husband) and stepmother (daddy's new wife) gave Maisie careful care and care.

While both parents are fighting for custody, they leave Maisie unattended, and Maisie often has to endure the loneliness of waiting silently.

On an ordinary day, it was the day when my father took care of Maisie, and my mother watched Maisie walk out of the house. Helpless, the father happened to go out and did not have time to take over his daughter, but he did not inform the mother. They despise each other and slander each other, but it is Maisie who is hurt. Waiting downstairs for most of the day, Maisie was finally found by her stepfather and sent back to her mother's home. She remained silent and lived without complaint.

Why doesn't this young child cry, make noise, get angry, or resist? She is too small. Maybe no one will care.

Finally one day, when the mother scolded the stepfather for forcibly taking Maisie away in the street, but still had no time to take care of her after the small gathering, desperately looking for a place to "foster" the child, she took Maisie to the bar where the stepfather worked. It happened that the stepfather was no longer here. work. That night, for the first time, there were no familiar people around Maisie, no father and mother, not even her stepfather and stepmother. She silently went back to bed in the kindly comfort of the stranger, closed her eyes, wept, and fell asleep. The only tear she shed was her fiercest resistance.

Maisie's stepmother learned of the incident and went to the bar to take her home. She still didn't complain.

There are many things that cannot be repeated here. Generally speaking, the promises of fathers and mothers to their children have vanished.

At the end, stepfather and stepmother came together, they and Maisie started a happy life in a cottage by the sea, no one knows how long this happiness will last, but for Maisie's life, it must be a beautiful and redeeming memory .

Maisie turns down her biological mother's invitation to travel with her, knowing that an adult's promise doesn't mean anything anymore. She also understands that she needs to give herself more time to immerse herself in happiness, since blood cannot be changed.

In the last picture, on a bright morning, Maisie excitedly ran to the dock where the boat was moored, and kept urging the (former) stepfather and stepmother, with a happy and innocent smile on her face.

Although the ending seems absurd, it is believed that people prefer this.

When the melody of Feeling of Being sounded, I burst into tears.

May all children be treated tenderly.
