Building will collapse

I want to say that I know a lot of financial giants, financial giants and economic terms.
But what I want to say more is that maybe this is the way to go in the end.
Humans are social creatures, and social creatures need to socialize, trade, and require various rules to maximize each other's interests. But this rule should not be bound by morality alone, that is impossible. There will always be a rat shit that breaks the rules, either this or that.
But what is the constraint? law? Or something else, I can't figure it out.
Remember that economics describes economic behavior as the invisible hand.
Perhaps it may not be too late to intervene with this hand.
I am the toiling masses.
