grow and age

1. Growing up and getting old are two different words. People who grow up burn calmly. Finally, the male protagonist and his girlfriend imagine the warm and old appearance together, which is natural.

The old man said he felt like he was 19 until he shaves in the mirror. Living at 19 is probably the dirtiest lie in the world. But to finally leave, and finally admit that he is old.
And 19-year-olds, thinking about how to escape, meet their mature self, or fear the future, can't be that 'be one who dies old'.

Whose youth is not depressing, who does not experience loneliness and pain. But it will eventually grow. Face up to your age, do what you need to do, love the right person, and let everything become a footnote. But... all the routines seem to be bullshit again...

what to do. Don't treat yourself like a child. Send this to yourself.

2. Any place you can't live without is a prison.
any place you can't leave is a prison.
For many people, for the elderly, the ivory tower is such a besieged city. As with a lot of us, escape your comfort zone.
Just don't kill yourself like some old man out of prison.

3. I love vampires, I am happy, why not?
I'm glad I've traveled such a journey.
so, don't judge. don't preach.

After many days, I finally come across a movie that I can watch. The male protagonist is still the one from My Mom and Dad (although I think it's a comedy that isn't funny)~~ Several actors are still from the medical crew. They are probably all acquaintances~~Thank you for the recommendation of june~~~

Liberal Arts quotes

  • Zibby: [about vampire novel] I liked it. It was fun and stupid. And it passed the time. And it's not Tolstoy, but it's also not television. And it made me happy. Now you...

Jesse Fisher: Thank you... This - is the worst book - ever - written - in English.

Zibby: So there are worse books written in other languages?

Jesse Fisher: Probably not. Unless this book is translated into other languages.

  • Prof. Peter Hoberg: You know how old I am?

Jesse Fisher: No, how old are you?

Prof. Peter Hoberg: It's none of your goddamn business. Do you know how old I feel like I am?

    Jesse Fisher: [shrugs]

Prof. Peter Hoberg: 19. Since I was 19, I have never felt not 19. But I shave my face, and I look in the mirror, and I'm forced to say, "This is not a 19-year-old staring back at me."

    [sighs]

Prof. Peter Hoberg: Teaching here all these years, I've had to be very clear with myself, that even when I'm surrounded by 19-year-olds, and I may have felt 19, I'm not 19 anymore. You follow me?

    Jesse Fisher: Yeah.

Prof. Peter Hoberg: Nobody feels like an adult. It's the world's dirty secret.
