Finally, a story about deep love.

Recently, I thought of the great philosopher Mr. Russell's "Why I Live" in the middle school textbook. Three reasons support his old man's life: love, knowledge and compassion. Love at the head.

What kind of story is love? It is not a simple young man who defeated the monster, married the heroine, and lived happily ever after. No, the two old people sat quietly under the big banyan, the old man peeled the orange peel for the old lady tremblingly.

The movie "Before The Midnight" says that love is a story of abandonment, torment, conflict, and pain. The whole movie starts with a father's love for his son and his desire to move to Chicago. But Celine didn't want to give up her career. The two quarreled at the climax of the movie. Celine said that he had stopped writing songs and playing guitar for the sake of children and family. Jessie said to Celine, I moved to France to surround you and give you everything I have. The movie ends with Jessie saying to Celine, this is the real life, but I love you, and then (the movie's hint) going crazy for sex.

I think this is a story about deep love. There are countless valid reasons for you to give up on someone or something you deeply love. Such as caring for children, such as career pursuit, or responsibility to parents. But to love deeply is to put these things behind you in pain, to endure all the torture and contradictions that come with it. Deep love is to admit with a smile that this is the real life, but I know very clearly in my heart, I LOVE YOU.

What is deep love? Really, it's hard to articulate. Especially in today's tempting and impetuous world, deep love seems to be an object of ridicule. But when some people rationally give up money, reputation, moral responsibility, endure a steady stream of contradictions and setbacks, and even give up their own lives,

deep love may be an important thing. Share with young people.

  • Jesse: If you want love, then this is it. This is real life. It's not perfect but it's real.

  • Jesse: [His dad texted him that his grandmother died] Anyway, so I called my dad, right, after I got the text, just, you know to tell him I was sorry but I think I got screwed up at some point said... Hey dad you're an orphan now. I don't think it was funny. Not funny at all.
