"There is no youth in "Little Times" is an affirmative sentence. (I didn't digress~)

DISCO was a trend in the 1970s. In 1977, the film described a boy's story through mainstream elements at the time. As for what I want to express and what depth I want to express, this is where I learn from domestic films, especially Siniang who recently watched the world and said that she was going to be whitewashed. "Little Times" is full of material flavors and can't be added emotionally at all. This is the level issue that the director/writer wants to express. In "Saturday Night Carnival", DISCO is a needle and thread interspersed with all the plots. In fact, it is the growth of the teenager in his own feelings and affairs.
Counting down, what impact does DISCO bring to the male protagonist? When you go to hall d HIGH, you need to dress up, so you have to spend money to buy clothes, spend a lot of time on dressing up, you have to be able to communicate, you have to have many friends who are willing to accompany you, etc., so teenagers will apply to the boss in advance because they want clothes. Wages, teenagers will get angry because of their father's ruined hairstyle, come home late, have sex with friends, try to date women. These are all happening in DISCO. Then the teenager starts to grow up. He will find many problems and dare to express them. He will pay attention to some seemingly trivial things and be more careful. In love, we can understand the importance of honesty and can distinguish what is true friendship. And DISCO is a testimony to his growth. He saw cruel racism in it and was dissatisfied with it.
Childishness, rebellion, justice, and bravery are the labels of a mature teenager. If the director can put on the thoughts he wants to express in DISCO singing and dancing, please give it a thumbs up.
I recently watched "Little Times" and gave it 4 stars because I always feel that Chinese movies can now focus on pictures, which is the mainstream nowadays. But what is lacking is the author's thought. The four girls are living a dream-like life, as if the times are spinning for them, you can be as good as I can't imagine, but I can't understand your bull. Hyun, if it becomes a very important position in the movie, the rhythm of the rush will come, and then the author starts to flaunt himself~ What GJM was in the past is the past, and now I am different~ But the "Little Times" movie put it bluntly, if Take the casting of the TV series "Little Times". If the picture is not so MV (I feel that the scene scheduling is a lot of work), if the shape is not Huang Wei, there is no famous singer such as Wu Qingfeng. In front of them are a bunch of hypocritical lines and empty plots from a group of self-proclaimed literary films such as "To Youth" (the second half). It seems that the party at the end of the college entrance examination and high school entrance examination is also included.
To sum up, I hope that if it is not a literary adaptation of the film, first of all the feelings the originals want to express must be clear!

The music can dance, the plot can't be mixed ummm... The description of the female characters is also average, I can only say that considering the times * The first black couple in the final dance final was really good!!

[7] The director's cut version of the English word I watched has an extra 5 minutes. I really like the atmosphere of disco, I can twist and twist as I want, and now I only dare to close the door and twist to Just Dance. The line about the troubles of teenagers can be really touched sometimes. A friend of mine also enlarged the girl's belly, which is very similar to Bobby's state in the film. There are other details that are also well done. But it always felt like something was missing.

Saturday Night Fever quotes

  • Tony Manero: [walking into the entrance] Hey Pete, how's it goin'?

Pete: Good my man, steady at sixty-five percent.

Tony Manero: [walking away laughing] Ha, Pete, he's always busting my onions.

Annette: What does he mean by sixty-five percent?

Tony Manero: Oh, that just means he scores with sixty-five percent of the chicks that come in here.

  • Stephanie: We went to see Zeffirelli's 'Romeo & Juliet'.

Tony Manero: Oh yeah, 'Romeo & Juliet'? I read that in high school.

[they get settled into their table at the diner. Tony tries to sound profound as he makes an observation:]

Tony Manero: You know one thing I never understood about 'Romeo & Juliet' is why he took the poison so quick, I feel like it coulda waited or somethin'.
