Let's talk about the movie itself, a typical Woody Allen movie. If this movie is made into a trilogy with Midnight Barcelona and Midnight Paris, there is not necessarily much sense of inconsistency. Although there is a suspicion of imitation, the director still produced his own German taste. The most ordinary romance, the least romantic romance fills every scene of the entire film. I felt the same way when I was in Germany. I was confused about studying, cooking, and going to the supermarket. The life brought me far more good aftertastes than the most romantic city in the world, Paris. This is indeed the charm of Germany.
Speaking of myself, just like Niko, I also have an unmotivated heart. Although my life is not as thorough as others, my mental state is exactly the same.
