So, this is not an absurd deception, but a true fable, which is constantly being staged in real life in different forms and will continue to be staged. Behind it is the fear of authoritarianism by the weak in this society.
At the end of the film, under the lure of authoritarianism, seemingly cowardly and kind people become accomplices to bully the weaker ones. Everyone's evil is released under the temptation of power and becomes a wolf. We are often amazed at the mass killings and exterminations in history, in fact, they did not die out with the progress of society, their roots and seeds are still in everyone's heart.
