It's brilliant, ironic, and the actors are great. Because of their children fighting, the two couples exchanged fists and feet from the very beginning, which made people sigh at the peculiarity of human nature. At first they tried to reconciliation, but more and more they revealed their true thoughts. Even the phone brother, who has always been aloof and unconcerned about things, became mad after the phone was thrown into the water by his wife. But who really cares? Everyone just pretended that they needed to discuss children's education issues at the beginning, and the conflicts that were stimulated at the end were not limited to the problem of children's fights, and various marital conflicts and family disputes were brought up...
The final summary is , Everyone thinks of themselves the best, and the respect they show to each other on the surface is just to show that they are educated. The so-called discussion is just to find evidence to confirm one's original idea, not really to find a universal value that everyone recognizes - in fact, what is a universal value? But that's all about imposing your own values on other people's heads.
If the two children could not reach a compromise and resorted to force, it would be more difficult to let several adults talk together to make them reach an agreement, and they would use the warmth of a "literate person" to pack their inner violent impulse.
