soul and body

What attracted me to watch it was the director, because he directed "The Truman World". The film is just released, the technology in it is not the latest and most dazzling, the actors are not particularly big cards (it must be admitted that the heroine is really young and mature, and also very attractive), and the plot is even a bit boring.

Presumably Earth was invaded by aliens by moving their souls into our bodies and overrun our bodies. And this alien racial culture is very peaceful, with a higher and utopian life, free medical supplies and a steady stream, they will never have to worry about it. It is the complete opposite of destroying the earth, competing for resources, intriguing and worrying in our real society. But there is only one body, and the two souls compete with each other. Who will win, or who is more suitable to possess?

What I want to share most is a book I read recently, and some points of view are not healed with it. There is a soul in our body, and the difference of the soul makes each individual different.

Byron Kate, Who Would You Be Without Your Story? "In one of the cases, a cancer patient complained to a counselor that cancer had ruined her life, ruined her body, made her fat and left scars after surgery. And Byron's reply is: the body is not ours, our height, appearance is a natural creation, not controlled by our will, and we have small wounds, it will heal naturally, which is also its talent and the power of nature. Of course, the body will also get sick, and will experience birth, aging, sickness and death, which we cannot resist. When the body is sick, we can choose to heal, or let it go and wait for death. Healing is a more compassionate choice because of the possibilities of the life you choose. You have chosen to take care of this body, and the scars and pain are a sign of what you paid for it.

Said a lot of irrelevant, just want to say that what can represent us is our soul and inner, not our body.
