A love movie with a spy war sign

Regardless of whether it is classified as a romance or a spy film, I think this movie is very good. I don't know why some people say shit. If it's not because you don't meditate, it's probably because your thinking is too limited and you can't understand it.

(Serious spoilers have begun, you may wish to watch the movie first, you can come back and scold me if you don’t like it!)

The first thing that attracted me was the fight between the two bosses in slow motion in the first 30 seconds, especially for the part before the start of the fight. They insulted each other, but at this time the director only showed us their mouths but no sound. This detail alone makes me think this film is worth watching.
Then the love part of the two protagonists. At first I thought it was a pair of secret signs, but then I realized that it should be understood as two "acting" lines, but I want to understand it as two people retracing their love, ILoveYou in each other. In this film, there are countless and countless love dialogues that make people feel like a deer, and it also talks about the biggest trust problem between many lovers. As spies, they are even more suspicious. The director used a few interspersed stories to tell us that in front of love, there is no trust or distrust; "count to three, we put everything we have on the table", the next second The male protagonist took out everything; I love you, you are me.
Let's talk about the spy war part, because they are senior spy war fans (I think), these two protagonists can only be regarded as medium-level spies, with good acting skills, good camouflage skills, and good IQ, but they lack the skills of senior spies. Some are sensitive and good habits (they have to be notified by the "enemy" when they are counterintelligence). The entire commercial spy war story is also very ups and downs, which is really interesting. It is a big surprise to the general audience, and it can only be considered reasonable for children's shoes who often watch spy wars. (The stewed brain lacks a string, and it is very difficult to remember the name.) For the time being, the bald boss is A, and the fat boss is B. Both A and B are CEOs of large corporations and masters of hired spies. The image of A in the whole film is a person who is eager for quick success, publicity and not stable enough. From the beginning, I doubted whether he could succeed in the end. B is quite different. B is a person who pays great attention to details and looks like a real successful businessman. From the way he prunes a pine tree, from his interviews with employees, and finally to the fact that he led the team to plan the entire espionage war. Not surprising.

The first time I wrote a movie review.... Maybe I thought I watched a bad movie in the morning, and then watched a slightly good movie, so I was so excited that I had to praise it. More likely, I hope to get in touch with more bean friends who love spy movies. I welcome everyone to comment and recommend good-looking spy movies~~

Thanks for reading!

Duplicity quotes

  • Ray Koval: Look, I'm sorry. I don't know if it's the knee or something, but I'm a little confused. I thought we were checking each other out.

Claire Stenwick: No. Sorry. Maybe you're drunk

Ray Koval: No, no, no. If I was drunk, I'd be coming on to you.

    Claire Stenwick: That's a relief.

Ray Koval: If I was drunk I'd be saying how amazing you look and how crazy it is that you're standing here on your own.

Claire Stenwick: Wow. Are you always like this?

Ray Koval: No. I sometimes sound like this, but this is definitely different.

    Claire Stenwick: What's so different?

Ray Koval: I don't know. I guess that's what I came over to find out.

  • Ray Koval: Remember me?

Claire Stenwick: Sure. Of course, we...

    Ray Koval: Long time, huh?

    Claire Stenwick: I... yes

    Ray Koval: Gotcha

Claire Stenwick: I'm sorry I just...

    Ray Koval: Just what?

Claire Stenwick: I'm drawing a blank

    Ray Koval: Nice try

    Claire Stenwick: Excuse me?

Ray Koval: A little professional courtesy would make this a lot less awkward.

Claire Stenwick: How do I know you?

Ray Koval: Wow! That's tough. That's a strong play. Believe me I've spent a lot of time thinking what this would be like, where we'd be, what I'd say, what you'd say. But I'd never thought you'd...

Claire Stenwick: I'm terribly sorry but...

Ray Koval: You really want to go this way?
