Why do you do this?

The internet at home is not good, so I used to pick a movie before cooking and then pause the buffer, so that I can watch and eat while eating without being stuck all the time. That's why I'm watching this movie, or rather, that's why I vomited at the beginning but kept watching.

I don't know anything about the director's script. When I saw Ben Affleck in the cast, I couldn't imagine that this was a literary film. That said, this is the first flaw. . . . Why do literary films look for Ben Affleck? ? ! ? ! ? Shouldn't he live in smart and manly movies like "The Thief in the City", "Escape from Tehran", and "Memory Rift"? Shouldn't his handsome face just exist as an edgy career like a robber or a special force or a scientist? please tell me! What is it about him that makes the director see his literary style? ? ?

Let's talk about the lines in the film. . . . The lines are actually very few, almost all inner monologues, and each sentence is very intermittent. Is a sentence of 10 seconds to make up for the two-hour film length? In the first twenty minutes of the clip, there are at least ten times of sunny lawns and happy dances, hardly giving Ben Affleck a face, and the heroine is giggling throughout. There is also a slot, why do the male and female protagonists often talk in French and I speak English? Are they all good at listening but not good at speaking? ? ? And does the heroine's daughter speak English? ? Why do all the conversations with the male protagonist in French do not matter whether the male protagonist can understand or not, the male protagonist seems to be mentally retarded! ! !

Say it again! Didn't the heroine once live in Paris? Isn't it a big city? Why did she and her daughter go to the city as soon as they arrived in the United States. . . . My daughter also said that this place is clean, beautiful and shiny, so how dirty and messy is Paris? When it comes to the heroine's daughter, she is only ten years old. For some reason, she often shows a very mature expression and says some very mature words. Sometimes she is more rational than her mother and looks awkward. . . .

Javier Bardem's voice and accent are so recognizable that I'm guessing it was him as soon as the voice came out. Although he is a priest in this movie, his appearance is always dirty. And is the director a language freak? Why does everyone speak a different language? Spanish popped out? Is it reflecting internationalization?

Later, Rachel McAdams also came out. I don't know why so many good actors are involved in such a movie. I really don't know what the fun is. I really don't know where the good vision like "The Notebook" was selected in the early years. . . .

I have to admit that I didn't finish it, and after 20 minutes the eyelids were really going to fight. You know it was only half past six in the afternoon.

The tone of the movie itself can be literary and artistic, the plot can be literary and artistic, the lines can also be literary and artistic, the editing can also be literary and artistic, the narration can be literary and artistic, the actors and directors themselves can be literary and artistic, but so many literary and artistic factors should not appear in the same movie. . . . Or else it's over! ! ! It's over! ! ! Just like this one, the really contrived mother opened the door for the pretentious, and the contrived home! ! !

Well, I have to admit that I'm a layman. Maybe next time I should see something like Transformers. . . . >. <
