2009 is the year when the silly big sister completely returned. The three films are "Fake Marriage", "All About Steve" and "Weakness" in the order of release time. The first two comedies did not fall into the comments, but "Fake Marriage" exceeded 150 million; another inspirational drama "Weakness" achieved a win-win situation in terms of box office and word of mouth, and it had the taste of sprinting for the awards season.
Sandra Bullock is not an actress that gets the attention of professional critics, so in many cases, the quality of her films depends on the evaluation of the audience. The directors and editors of the three films are not outstanding, so a large part of the promotion is on the silly eldest sister.
Her roles in the three films are all different, although they all want to end with "moving": her role as a strong woman in "Fake Marriage" is not stupid at all, and in "All About Steve", her 45-year-old face is still the same. Playing silly (actually not), and "Weakness" is the first recognition of her forays outside the realm of comedy. All in all, everyone still cares about her age.
"All About Steve" isn't a bad movie, although it's a distance from "Happy Go Lucky." Sandra Bullock works hard, and her sense of humour is even better than "Fake Marriage". The point is that you can't stand that face covered in powder to be innocent, and how many old people like this are around you. men and women. The ending is not the old-fashioned "Prince and Princess have lived a happy life since then", but Mary insisted on herself. In addition, this film is not kind, and the actions of those heroes are actually unexpected, but this is also the joy of the film.
