I looked again on the school's intranet during graduate school. I saw someone upload it, and I read it carefully again. This experience is not as wild as it was a few years ago. I think more about family, family, friendship and growth. The male protagonist grew up in an environment full of domestic violence, and he learned to use violence to control violence since childhood.
I saw a mother who really wanted her son to become a good person, a wife who couldn't bear to disobey her husband, a roommate who was cowardly, obedient, and hardworking, a group of evil forces that symbolized authority, an unrecognized love... I just remembered some aspects of myself. When you are strong, you have to learn to cover your edge, and you have to forgive others. When you are weak, you need to be patient and take a step back. I still have a long way to go in the future, and there is still a lot to learn. I also hope to arm myself with knowledge and training.
