Telling an American legend in two hours is a little insufficient, and there is no way to specifically reflect Hoover's life. And most of the time, it is describing the love story of Hoover and Tolson. But Leonardo's acting skills are unquestionable, and his voice is extremely magnetic. The most touching moment was the moment when Tolson covered Hoover with a quilt after Hoover's death. then. "Funny how even the dearest face will fade away in time .but most clearly I remenber your eyes with a sort of teasing smile in them and the feeling of that soft spot just northeast of the corner of your mouth. The most beautiful love story.

Dunstin Lance Black once again took a flashback interspersed to review historical events. At the end, Clyde Tolson's testimony was surprising and a wonderful one. The film successfully demonstrated Hoover's complex character, and his admiration and abuse of power were so light-hearted. The editing is too muddy, and although there are no flaws in the makeup, it is always abrupt and unnatural. The ending soundtrack highlights the characteristics of Dongmu, but the overall focus is unclear. Leo's performance became more and more dramatic.

I always feel that today's makeup technology should be high enough, but the old makeup in every movie is still so fake that people have the urge to tear it off.
