The film tells the horror story of a courier in New York. A young woman living in Manhattan gave a bicycle courier a letter asking him to deliver it to Chinatown within 90 minutes. The complicated situation continued, and a plainclothes policeman showed up and demanded the envelope for special reasons. When the messenger discovers the secret inside the envelope, a race against time is staged in Manhattan, accompanied by a series of flashbacks, the motives of the police and the truth of this life-and-death gamble are gradually revealed.
