To live like a man, like Mr. Senna

More than a year ago, the person I most admired in the living mentioned this movie to me. He admired Mr. Senna's attitude towards life very much, and spoke highly of this Schumacher idol.

I had no chance to see this movie until today.

As a person who is completely ignorant of F1, I think from this movie about Ayrton, the most inspirational thing from Ayrton is the positive attitude towards life and the way of being a human being.

In the film, there is a sentence that left a deep impression on me, "Ayrton's success begins with his unremitting efforts, and finally reveals his extraordinary talent." Talent is always revealed after hard work. If we agree with Mr. Emerson's philosophical view of pragmatism, all abilities that are not realized cannot be counted as abilities, then all talents that have not had the opportunity to be revealed cannot be called talents. And talent can only be discovered through extraordinary effort.
F1 is a top-level racing competition, and the drivers who can qualify to compete in F1 are the best drivers in the world. Being able to stand out in such a fiercely competitive environment and become a great person, which is remembered and cherished by the world to this day, shows that Mr. Senna is an extremely successful person. Of course, the understanding of success here need not be too one-sided, I mean the general concept of success.

Mr. Senna's success stems from his attitude towards life, and he is remembered as great for his way of being a man.
Mr. Senna's success is due to his philosophical view that people should constantly challenge their own limits and keep learning, to live, is to make progress every day, to live is to be better. On weekdays, Mr. Senna is extremely modest and low-key , being extremely sincere and kind, and always thinking of caring for those in need. This makes Mr. Senna a great person.

There is an unbreakable truth that, in life, direction is more important than effort. Efforts are in the wrong direction, it is better to stay where you are and not to work hard. The direction is wrong, the more efforts you make, the more mistakes you will make, and the further you go, the more hopeless you will be.
As a person, does he set his goal as, I want to become a person who has money, a house, a car, and no shortage of women, or does he set his goal as, I want to become a great person who can take responsibility A person who has the ability to make his family happy and prosperous. There is an essential difference between the two. Different goals will lead to different directions of effort.

As a person who regards the former as a goal, he only needs to put the end before the means, and earn material materials to win power through various profit-oriented activities, then his goal is completed. Such people can be called successful people. But a person whose goal is to be great will make striving to improve himself every day as a priority. Secondly, his self-esteem and his lofty goals will make him demand that he must be better at work every day than the day before, so his work must be better than others. Because the other person's goal may be a materialized thing, and his goal is to always transcend the self. And a person who takes this as a goal, he will certainly be good to the people around him, and will remain humble. As Nietzsche said, "Superman is always humble, because he knows that he is better tomorrow than he is today."

After watching this documentary, I was not saddened by the funeral of Mr. Senna at the end. On the contrary, I am proud and inspired by him. Mr. Senna showed us how to be a great person with his actions.

In our world, in any era, there will be great people. We should take these people as an example, learn from them, try to chase them, and keep improving ourselves as competitors. Instead of comparing the salary of the same person as you with yourself, whether your salary is 100 more or he is 100 more, it is not whether your company is better or his company is better than mine, not from this superficial and trivial comparison. Satisfaction.

If each of us feels dissatisfied and thinks we are not good enough every day, focus on trying to improve ourselves and improve our studies, like Mr. Cena. I believe that everyone will be a great person when he returns to the arms of God.

Senna quotes

  • Viviane Senna: On that morning when he woke up, he asked God to talk to him. He opened the Bible and read a passage which said: God would give him the greatest of all gifts. Which was God himself.

  • John Bisignano: There's only one word that describes Ayrton's style, and that is "fast." He would take the car beyond its design capabilities. He would brake later, fly into these corners where the car was just over the edge, and somehow he could dance a dance with that car to where it stayed on the track.
