From dawn to night, and from night to dawn.

From dawn to night, and from night to dawn, Mr. Oscar is constantly changing roles in his life. Sometimes he is a big boss, sometimes a killer, sometimes a beggar woman, sometimes a monster or a family man. As if on a journey, he was always enjoying himself among these characters.
It looks like he's acting, filming, acting - but the camera is always absent.
He was alone, and only Serena was with him. Serena was a slender blonde who was always behind the tires and the engine, never showing up. She drove around Paris and around Paris in a huge car. It seems that he is like a killer, completing one goal after another, never stopping.
In order to pursue those illusory things, in order to find the motive behind Oscar, there seems to be too much mystery behind this woman.
Does anyone know where his home is? Does anyone know his family? Does anyone know when he will stop?
The film tells the story of a man (played by Denis Lawan) who travels between different "parallel lives" and experiences the different identities of a murderer, a beggar, a CEO, a monster and a father within 24 hours.
Worth a look.

Karax's 12-year-long hiatus. The masterpiece of 2012. I just want to say that the director knows what kind of film to make to make the ber world applaud in unison. This is a Paris of theatre dreams dedicated to life, film, actors and the performance itself. The orangutan at the end and the car talking in the car dealership can be called the wonderful moment of this year's film and television.

Don't ask me if I understand, I don't like it anyway

Holy Motors quotes

  • Mr. Oscar: [exhorting his accordion band] Trois! Douze! Merde!

    [English: Three! Twelve! Shit!]

  • Mr. Oscar: I miss the cameras. They used to be heavier than us. Then they became smaller than our heads. Now you can't see them at all.
