When I first watched it, I thought it wasn't my favorite movie. The reason why I watched it was because of the line at the beginning of the movie: Here's what you want. I didn't think I actually believed it. Naive! After reading it, I realized that I didn't have what I wanted.
The thing I least believe in in this movie is hypnosis. It feels too fake. Again, alien contact. As far as I know, there is no direct evidence for the existence of aliens at all. Although there are indeed many mysterious events in the world, but there are so many mysterious events in one place, it is long overdue to be exposed in the world.
The movie made me sick at the end. The most annoying thing about American movies is religious leanings. While their plots and stories are engaging, they tend to incorporate religious elements into their films. That's what this movie is like, at the end it says "GOD". I go, it's naive to say that aliens are human gods. It would be ignorant if they also believed in God like humans. And the fact is that none of us know what the aliens think. It would be better if the ambiguity is handled here. Isn't it stupid to say that God is here to scare people? All in all, American cinema is just that annoying.
One last thing to note is that those documentaries are supposed to be fake.
