There is a profession called life

I just remembered "Tokyo! "this movie.

In that film, the director used three short plays to show the "dehumanization" of Tokyo, a representative of the modern city. A man who turned into a "wooden chair" and finally found his purpose; a monster obeying God's mission to balance the world; and my favorite story: "The House". Too many people have walked into the secret room of the "house" now, and it takes a strong shock to wake everyone up.

Watching "Sacred Car Dealer", I was first attracted by the poster. At first glance, if you don't have the patience, it's really boring. Before the appearance of "virtue", it gave people a feeling of being in the dark. But my intuition tells myself that this movie is like "Mulholland Drive", and only after watching it can I hear the dull overtones again.
In this modern world, occupation is the basic requirement of human survival. 24 hours of actors, playing a variety of roles. In fact, everyone is like Oscar, sitting in the same stretched car, playing a role that society needs. In life, the role we need most is often left behind.
The sanctity of the car dealership is that it returns the most real life to the actors, but even so, the car dealership itself has a sense of urgency to be eliminated. In this era, is the life world still possible?
Heidegger's teaching can only become a kind of "expectation", but the "open space" has not yet been opened...

7.5 There are a lot of likes and dislikes, but overall it's a work of madness. The best deconstruction of the director's professional identity that I have seen so far is "Eight and a Half" and "New York Synonyms", the best deconstruction of the screenwriter is "Barton Funk", and the best deconstructed actor should be this one.

It can be interpreted indefinitely and the label of "unknown and severe" is put on it, and I think it is too hard. Denis Lawan's acting skills are great! In the first half, the appetite was still full of interest. After Kylie Minogue came out, I didn't know what the director wanted to do... The accordion section is very interesting.

Holy Motors quotes

  • Mr. Oscar: [exhorting his accordion band] Trois! Douze! Merde!

    [English: Three! Twelve! Shit!]

  • Mr. Oscar: I miss the cameras. They used to be heavier than us. Then they became smaller than our heads. Now you can't see them at all.
