I just want to say that Chinese people don't understand this movie, they don't understand the spirit of rock and roll, politics and political opinions, the pursuit of dreams, Hollywood, and musicals!
Just having big names like Tom and Zeta Jones dance and sing uncharacteristically shows the weight and magic of this movie.
Behind the simple and ordinary plot, it tells about an era and a spirit. How can people who have not experienced it understand and how can they resonate?
No criticism of the low score, I just wanted to say it's a good movie, if you're willing to try to understand the era, if you want to be entertained with some good music, at least calm down, you can enjoy your ears of pleasure.
