In "Stone (2010)", De Niro plays a prison guard who is self-denying and loyal to the public. He is not guaranteed at the end of the festival; he seems to believe in God, but it is not. He is irritable, domineering, and selfish
. And in "Devil's Advocate", Al Pacino played a "godfather" image, talking eloquently, very convincing and provocative, is a very great speaker, mentor! In the end, it's the devil in God's clothes!
Although they both played villains. Especially Pacino played more. But somehow, I still think Pacino is the good guy and De Niro is the bad guy, lol...love Pacino, don't know why.
If the characters from Heroes of the Condor Heroes are used to describe them... De Niro is "Western Poison Ouyang Feng"; Pacino is "Dongxie Huang Yaoshi".
This film is exactly the opposite of what I imagined it to be! Mikoto!
De Niro plays the fiery and crazy in the film but in the end proves that he is actually a good guy;
Pacino plays the calm but in the end is a lost faith in the "Avengers".
The only complaint about the film is not understanding why Pacino's character insults their friend (De Niro's character's girlfriend!)
