From the previous "Midnight. Paris", Woody Allen returns to earlier New York series like 1977's Anne. Hall" and "Manhattan" in 1979: wearing a plaid shirt. Educated youth with thick-framed glasses, chatting and raising bars while walking around the city's alleys with confidants to introduce the city (this point must have influenced the Love in Paris series) . But Owen Wilson, who played Woody Allen at Midnight in Paris, was far less neurotic than himself. In the final chapter of the European trilogy, Wu Lao simply made a standard demonstration for his own style prototype. This film gathers the culmination of decades of eccentric and pedantic philosophers. Traveling to major cities in Europe, it is bound to return to the starting point of New York in the end.
Although the city is the theme, Woody Allen focuses on the stories of people in the city, and has rarely used ultra-wide-angle lenses since the New York series.
The story is divided into too many chapters (of course not qualified to comment, just the audience's own thoughts), eager to analyze and ridicule love and human nature in each chapter, eager to let every big star show his face in this film with himself Let's make a perfect ending together. The film also points out Woody Allen's own concerns - the ultimate issue that everyone will face, the death that does not know when.
