Mirror Mirror: The Essential Poison Apple

Thank goodness, "this is still the story of Snow White", it just needs to be turned upside down, not the prince saved the princess, but the princess saved the prince. As bizarre as it may seem to think this way, as long as the Seven Dwarfs are around, it allows us to stretch our imaginations beyond the norm. The dwarf grows into a robber on stilts, the princess becomes a chivalrous girl who is imprisoned, and the prince becomes an obedient puppy who is bewitched by a vicious queen. The beginning and end remain the same, and the middle part is completely free to play.

The film was directed by Tasim Sin, the Indian director of "God of War". It wasted no time to add a number of song and dance sections, but fortunately it didn't become an Indian-style two and a half hours. Lily Collins, a British beauty with thick eyebrows, plays Snow White, and Julia Roberts plays the queen mother. She is not only extremely evil, but also absurd, which can be regarded as a gift in the film. As for Armie Hammer, who plays the prince, he is really stylish, and the puppy's state is also really into the play. The production level of the film is gorgeous and exquisite.

When we recite the story of "Snow White" in reverse, a contrarian role to let everyone laugh at it, this can only be the maximum limit that the producer can make up. In the era when "Little Red Riding Hood" has become popular as a thriller, this film can still maintain the essence of the original story, and it is still the last bottom line of sticking to the traditional story. But my brother has a hunch that this bottom line will be ruthlessly penetrated by "Snow White and the Huntsman", because we have surpassed the era of tampering, and strode into the realm of no bottom line at full speed.
