I watched it for the first time, and this time I revisited it to write a movie review.

Because I already know the basic framework of the film, this time I watch it purely to find highlights.
1. Disadvantages: The main line of the story is unknown
. 2. Advantages: The screen switching is very dazzling

. I don’t understand what the film is trying to describe
. To justify it, 3 stars
2. Unique subject matter, dazzling pictures, plus 1 star
3. People don't want to revisit it, can't reach 5 stars
4. The storyline is not as good as "Mulholland Drive"

Henry's car accident and his whole family died tragically, he is very regretful , dreaming (or hallucinating) before his death, pretending to be a psychiatrist, trying to save Henry (himself); he concocted a reason to die dignifiedly, but was actually remorseful, to comfort his soul.

psychiatrist Sam took over from his colleague to treat the patient Henry. When we first met, Henry did not cooperate and left, saying that there would be hail, and it did.
Then during the treatment, Henry told Sam that he could listen to To the voice of the future, Henry told him later that he had had enough of this life and wanted to commit suicide.
Sam wanted to help Henry, but he encountered scenes one after another in his life, and he was about to collapse.
On the day Henry committed suicide, Sam wanted to help him. He went to the scene to save Henry, but Henry committed suicide.
Sam found that the scene changed. Henry died in a car accident, and his girlfriend became a stranger. He met his girlfriend for the first time. . .
Life is unreal, is it a cycle of perseverance?

Except for the last superfluous "When Lila said to Sam that no one had ever asked me to marry me, Sam's expression was stagnant, and the camera flashed back to Sam and Lila hugging..." I still like this movie very much. The story is much better than Mulholland Road, not so obscure, at least I started to understand half of it when I saw it, and I could basically sort it out when I saw it. I also like photography techniques very fast,

    Another "Mulholland Street".

  • Lila Culpepper: You know, the day I did it, I took two razorblades to the bathtub. You know why? Because I knew that once I started to bleed, I'd get weak. And I didn't wanna drop one blade and leave myself half done. Can you imagine that? Can you imagine hating your life so much that you'd wanna bring a backup razor?

  • Sam Foster: [looking at the empty pill bottles] You can't drink while you're taking these.

Dr. Beth Levy: Mm. Apparently I can.
