I saw it on TV by chance, and thought the heroine was pretty and the story was new. An American girl, ABBY, came to Tokyo for love, but was abandoned by her boyfriend (the excuse was feeling pressure, ha, man.), ABBY was lonely and painful. In the heavy rain, she walked into the ramen restaurant opposite the rented house. Although she could not speak the language, a bowl of hot ramen made her feel warm. So she decided to quit her job in a law firm and come to the ramen restaurant as an apprentice to learn the practice of ramen. This resulted in a series of hilarious and not-so-hilarious stories that seemed to involve: growing up, independence, and the pursuit of inner joy. (The strong self-awareness in American culture is very clear in contrast to the self-repression in Japanese culture.) But what attracts me is that Japanese ramen culture reveals a touch of Zen, Japanese-style extreme care, so as to endow everything The unique feeling makes people feel inexplicably moved when they calm down.

ABBY made the noodle soup according to the master's technique, but it always tasted bland, and she was very confused. The master took her to seek advice from her mother who lived in seclusion in the mountains. The peaceful and wise old lady enlightened ABBY. This passage about ramen The dialogue is also chic:

you cook with your head and your head is full of noise. you must learn to cook from the quieter place, deep inside of you.

Each bowel of ramen that you prepare is a gift to your customer. The food that you serve your customer becomes a part of them. It contains your spirit. That's why your ramen must be an expression of pure love. A gift from your heart.

The music in the film is very oriental and has the style of ancient Chinese music. It sounds very nice.

While I'm not a fan of ramen noodles, the next time I'm faced with a hot bowl of ramen noodles, I should have some kind of respect. the ramen girl ramen girl

Also, it's time to pick up my Japanese, Japanese culture actually appeals to me.
