The story of L'auberge espagnole is very European, every bit is the feeling of living in Hostel/Auberge de jeunesse when traveling in Europe, very small bed, going to the pub together at night, a room for 6 people with 6 nationalities . The feeling of being in a new city is sometimes addicting to being a stranger, because everything is new to you, and friends from different backgrounds are more interesting than people like you. The movie captures that feeling very well, reminding me of those dimly lit youth hostels, the weird and interesting people. The ending of the movie is what I don't like. A beautiful journey ends. People can't just live in the process of pursuing excitement. After all, having a good meal with my mother has a certain stability. Work is the way to go. You can do this when you are young, but the people I know who really choose this kind of lifestyle are not so happy when they are middle-aged. . .
In any case, I still want to give this film five stars because he really brought back a lot of memories
. It is also worth mentioning that the film is about the ERASMUS scheme, which is a scheme in which higher education in various European countries can transfer credits and pay the original school tuition. The exchange programs that all colleges and universities have now have similar meanings
