Life really brought him too many misfortunes. His polio caused him to be bullied since he was a child, by his brother, and by his friends, so he slowly aroused the devil in his heart. I suspect that he has schizophrenia. Then, in order to get rid of this evil thought, he started hanging out on the street, taking drugs, drinking alcohol, robbing, stealing, and living without a fixed place. . . . But no one really helped him, no one listened to his story, as if he was so unforgivable. Both mother and sister knew that he was kind, but they did not warm him too much. So this further deepened his sociopathic personality and schizophrenia.
Wouldn't it be better if he could have met Alex earlier? Someone would have discovered his kindness, his wisdom, and found that he could be redeemed. Wouldn't the story be less tragic, and at least give him more happiness? time. I remember there was a trip between Alex and Stuart in the middle of the movie. Besides the dreamy mushroom, there was another scene that made me particularly fond of it. After Stuart cut the grass, Alex gave him a cup of tea. He thought it was delicious and praised him a few times. After he finished speaking, he looked up at the sky around him and said two sentences: that's really amizing. I believe that time like this is too rare for Stuart. . . A lot of his life was like a joke, one wrong thing led to a bunch of wrong problems. . .
Finally, I want to say that Tom's acting skills are getting more and more praise. He said that he played this character like looking for something, TH, what a tough life you have had.
PS: BC was so tender back then~~~
