With those preconceived spectacles on, Savages is an odd film for the first two hours, full of sexual and violent displays, and garish and colorful shots, not much like Stone. The storyline is cumbersome and false. Although it is not enough to be unwatchable, the two male protagonists who sell meat and the popularity of Travolta, Del Toro, and Hayek are used to support the movie (it's hard to say that it is acting, especially Del Toro is too curious). Blake Lively is very disappointing, not to mention whether she will act or not, she looks like a sloppy dress, but in fact it fits perfectly, but the two men take off endlessly, how decent is this (but there is a reason. Press not listed).
But in the end, Stone reversed, and the counterattack was so swift and fierce that although the story did not get better, the whole movie suddenly made sense, and I had a sudden realization: this is still the critical Stone.
So it is not difficult to think that the heroine's name O actually means Oliver, and Stone is always reminding the shaken and doubtful audience: his existence! It is very strange that the heroine is called Ophelia. This movie has nothing to do with Shakespeare. If you have to have a literary name, it should be Guinevere, right? And in this era, it seems that if you don't take care of the rotten girl, you are too embarrassed to say hello to people. The two men confessed to each other that they are true love, but it seems to be defending the director for letting them undress instead of letting the heroine undress, really is very boring.
Also, Travolta eats hamburgers and sodas, and Del Toro watches baseball. This kind of ready-made tidbits can win laughter, but they are worthy of contempt.
