The long-awaited work, I finally watched it carefully today, with moving and reluctance. It is the consistent style of Ghibli, telling a story of youth, growth and love. It is worth mentioning that this is the director's work of Miyazaki Goro, not the director of Hayao Miyazaki's grandfather. I'm trying so hard to make this point because I don't want a good production to be given a fixed label, and the same goes for a director. I don't use Miyazaki's son to refer to this new director, who has many auras, because I don't want to give up the power to judge people and works relatively fairly.
It is indeed a refreshing movie. The story is simple and hopeful, as it has been for so long. The girl is clear and beautiful, tenacious and independent, like water; the youth is simple, upright and full of ambition, like jade. Occasionally, the young man was acting recklessly in his youth, and he broke the woman's mind like this. For the first time, the girl saw the figure of the boy in obsessive love. It was a brand-new world, brand-new and unknown, but strange and novel, full of the radicalness and vitality unique to teenagers. Just because of the youthful spirit, the young dream in my heart is concise and clear, full of energy. So, hand in hand, about the most beautiful time of youth. But it was also because of the young man's spirit, your stubbornness, unwillingness to speak out, always hurting others and yourself. I always thought that when we were young, love and parting were always inseparable. Later, I finally realized that no matter when, they are twins. It’s just that love is finally the driving force that supports us to go on. The love and dreams that we cherish with all our heart and soul, Just to be able to live without regrets in the future, and gradually live a responsible life. Fortunately, the ending is good in the end, you and I walk all the way and cherish it.
Young people belong to the freedom of the ocean. Faith, hope, love and fleeting sadness belong to you and me. The road of youth is gone forever.
