It is another World War II story, and another air battle story about the bomber group that the United States bombed Germany during World War II. In those passionate years, I don’t know how many American airmen lost their lives in cross-sea expeditions again and again, facing flexible and cunning. German fighter planes, the huge and clumsy American bombers are like a group of lambs waiting to be slaughtered. They can only rely on escort fighter planes to protect them, but they have repeatedly encountered escorted white pilots in pursuit of record. After suffering heavy losses again and again, the captain of the black fighter unit won an opportunity for his unit to escort the bomber group. The black pilots who were only responsible for attacking ground targets in the past finally got a chance to show themselves. After the successful completion of the mission, their red tail and black faces in the cockpit left a deep impression on countless bomber airmen and won their respect.
It's a good story. Black pilots made their own golden signboards through bloody battles, and the red tail aviation force became the ace of the American flying force. The director of the film used advanced computer special effects to create a very realistic air battle scene, which truly reproduced those battles that took place over Germany decades ago. However, it may be due to the limited production cost and the lack of time for air combat shots. How can I get enough of it.... The strong brotherhood that permeates the black pilots, the pain after losing Paoze, is also a highlight of the film.
Pretty good movie!
