Murder in the First--Victory and Justice is Death

I don't know if this film is based on real events, and it's aimed at the dark side of the American judicial system, especially what's going on inside prisons. Prisoners, lawyers, and wardens make up the main thread of the whole story. Although it is about the 1940s, it still has a strong warning effect today. First-degree murder under US law is similar to direct intentional homicide under our country's law. The sentence for first-degree murder is the heaviest. In the end, I also wondered why victory and justice are sometimes equal to death. Are there still fewer deaths in the Celestial Dynasty? "Hide-and-seek", "Drinking Water Gate", "Sleeping Dead Gate", "Wrestling Gate" and so on. Throughout our vast country, strange things emerge one after another.
