Thinking of socialism - I vaguely remember that Schwarzenegger's words were mentioned in the film: "I came back from Europe because of the bad socialism there"... Whatever it is, it is the rules within the system and outside the system statement.
The so-called good and bad, that is, it depends on what people at a level are saying and doing, what they are saying and what they are doing.
