For new Hollywood films at the beginning of each year, I can't always report too much expectations. This seems to be a rule. In fact, this is also a Hollywood phenomenon. Some films are destined to be impossible to grab attention in the commercial films that gather in the summer, let alone compete with the Olympic films in the awards season at the end of the year. Therefore, we can only choose to survive in the "movie off-season" at the beginning of the year. The film "The Man on the Window Sill" is such a film. Although the cast is still relatively strong, including Sam Worthington, Elizabeth Banks, Jamie Bell, and Ed Harris, there are too many. The redundant plot makes the film procrastinate, and the common problem of solid plot simplification in action films is undoubtedly revealed in this film. However, as director Asgar Rice's debut, I think we should give more encouragement. Sam Worthington's dedicated performance deserves recognition!
