What does the director want to do? what the writer wants to do

Well, I thought that there would be some great plot in the end, and the
narrative technique would be fascinating. In the last segment, the characters in the story were looking out of the window. What did they see?
Why is that woman obsessed with sex? Afraid to face the future, have sex with different people and let sex paralyze you?
Sandiago exists to make her have a perfect sex partner and help that woman get lost in sex and find herself?
I'm ignorant and don't know what the director wants to do.
The actor's acting is good, but, I don't know what the director wants to do.
