Are the two old men righteous?

There is not much to say about the growth education concerns involved in the film. For a cowardly little boy, he actually longs in his heart and is willing to believe in a hero's story.
Whether the legendary story told by the two old people is true or false is up to the audience to judge for themselves. Personally, I believe more in the private detectives brought by the boy's mother, who were former robbers. But as the old man said, men should believe in some things in this life, such as love, courage, faith, etc., whether it is true or not.

Finally, at the scene of the accident, the Mr. Middle East who appeared, I would rather imagine him as the imagination of the boy (after his growth), only in this way can the legendary story made up by the two old men come to a real end.

Cool old man, good boy, motherfucker. . . That part of North Africa is a fairy tale, but some things don't matter if they're true or not. People believe them because they're worth believing.

Sometimes a lie is actually easier to convince than the truth. A child who has been deceived since he was a child regains his confidence under the care of his family. The film's ubiquitous humor is entertaining, and it's as legendary as Sinbad. Michael Caine is always so personable
