I like imaginative stories;
fresh and lovely little actors, I like;
original sets and photography, I like;
beautiful costumes, I like;
and soundtrack.
Similar stories, in Korean or Japanese movies, will be more tragic and heavy. Thankfully, this film is more upbeat and more enjoyable.
If you could choose: have to suppress your true desires and personality for the rest of your life, or live a life where you can do whatever you want but don't have much time, what would you choose?
"Restless" is not an ordinary literary novel. "No Peace" allows us to see the beauty of life and the ease of death. No matter how long life is, I only wish to leave some traces in this world: maybe in the future, in the form of human beings, it may have a more or less positive influence on others, just as Annabel did to Enoch in the film.
Rating: 9 out of 10
PS Mia Wasikowska is a real gem. Compared with her, Henry Hopper's acting skills are obviously more immature.
