Although Atom Egoyan doesn't seem to be satisfied with the finished product but it has gone a lot farther than the French version (but the ambiguity is also much less), it is a surprise that Moore and Seyfried have such chemistry.

2010-05-02 I have seen it. The delicate emotions and details are not well laid out, so that the erotic scenes of the two women appear abrupt. The screenwriter is plain, and recalls like a patchwork of third-rate emotional movies and first-rate adult movies. When Catherine was writing a check in the clinic to send Chloe away, I was thinking that the screenwriter must know how much to open. The movie didn't mention numbers. :-P
