Each of Paul Anderson's films seems to discuss the alienation of people in modern society, but he is not pretending enough. If you slow down the rhythm a little bit, add a little more empty scenes of the environment, find a group of ugly actors, and turn the punk or heavy metal soundtrack into a Psychedelic electronic or symphony, each is better than the Blade Runner touted by the critics.

A typical American heroism film, after all, it is a film from a long time ago, and it is okay to watch it now. The film creates a sense of loneliness of a tragic hero in a doomsday atmosphere. Is the male protagonist definitely a pure man? He is a super cool guy. He hardly speaks a few words throughout the whole article, but the tenderness of the tough man under the big muscles does make people feel a little distressed. .

Church: My daddy always said, "When you want to insert a nail into a piece of wood, don't do anything fancy or glamorous. Just take the damn hammer and hit the son of a bitch until it's in."
Colonel Mekum: And what the hell does that crap mean in English, Captain?

Sandra: How do you know they'll be back?
Todd: Because they're soldiers, Sir. Like me.
Sandra: Why are they doing this?
Todd: They're obeying orders, Sir. It's their duty.
Sandra: Do you know how many there will be?
Todd: Seventeen more, Sir.
Sandra: Oh my God, you can't fight seventeen more on your own, you have to organize us. We're not cowards, we'll do as you tell us, we'll fight.
Todd: No.
Sandra: Why not?
Todd: Soldiers deserve soldiers, Sir.
Sandra: But one soldier, against seventeen. What are you going to do?
Todd: I'm going to kill them all, Sir.
