good horror movie

I haven't seen such an enjoyable horror movie for a long time. Countless tentacles that stretched out from the human body, the head was split in two, and the petal-shaped claws exploded. The fangs loomed among the vague flesh and blood. That's not enough, the monster with six or seven limbs on the ground with both heads close to the abdomen is even more jaw-dropping. Sometimes I really feel like a pervert, and it's really funny to see the guy who was dazedly watching Kate run by in the hallway and then hung up by alien claws...

Aside from these scary scenes, this movie creates a In a closed environment, a base in Antarctica became an island after losing the helicopter, unable to contact the outside world and unable to leave the base. Unknowingly, when aliens mixed into human beings, all kinds of suspicions, disputes, stubbornness, and disbelief seemed to erupt, and the negative factors in human nature were undoubtedly revealed. On the other hand, there is no effective detection method in the face of aliens, which is also the reason for various suspicions. The plot is relatively compact, and the tense atmosphere and the shaping of the scene make people unconsciously blend into the atmosphere of the movie. Compared with its predecessors, the 1982 version of the monster, it is not much.

Some settings in the movie: 1. This creature came from aliens and landed in Antarctica in a spaceship. If the spaceship was made by this kind of life, its civilization should be far beyond that of the earth; 2. This kind of life cell can Copy the human body and preserve human memory; 3. This cultural relic is afraid of fire.

It's almost a copy of Carpenter's version. The killing intent generated by suspicion, the monster hides the fear among us. Last time it was a blood test, this time it was a dental visit, but the suffocation caused by it was the same. It's just that this time the monster is more handsome when it deforms, and there is something like a conjoined man. I like Joel Edgerton more and more.

It's still wonderful, and the classic parts of the Carpenter version are also copied one by one. In the end, it would be even more powerful if there was a bigger and more disgusting monster! ps: It turns out that Howard Hawks filmed this story in 1951, and Carpenter can only be regarded as a remake
