Luc Besson is also quite perverted now, madly fond of extreme sports, and thinks that this is enough to support a movie. Banlieue 13 is basically just an enhanced version of "Corporate Warrior" in my opinion, nothing new.
The plot can be summed up in one sentence: ruffians save the world.
In fact, Luc Besson's passion for extreme sports can be seen from his famous work Big Blue. The protagonist is engaged in extreme diving. But the filming of roller skating, skateboarding, rock climbing, skydiving, and racing cars made one wonder if he wanted to give up the movie and go to CCTV5 to find a job.
