A generation of arrogance, Genghis Khan.

Those who have already been disappointed by the so-called historical films, always shoot some slaps, kills, and strategically discard them, as if those who achieve great things must almost take care of the people around them. Originally it was for Sun Honglei, but he was not disappointed.

The scenes in this film are mainly the grasslands and deserts in the north, and the camera changes perfectly reflect the unique sense of vicissitudes of the nomads, and the difficulty of living on horseback is not easy. It mainly tells about the process of Temujin from losing his father to unifying the various tribes of the Mongolian steppe by himself. It also focuses on the story of him, his wife Boertie, and his sworn brother Jamuhe (played by Sun Honglei). Different from domestic historical dramas, the Mongolians in the drama are so simple and touching.

The plot is actually nothing to mention, but the atmosphere that runs through from beginning to end still makes people feel that their hearts have been cleaned up, as if this is the world of heroes, the desert and yellow sand, and the deep brotherhood. I like Sun Honglei's performance in the play, it is vivid and tense, and a bit cunning, which is a highlight of the play.

Recommended index is three and a half stars.
