The script is good, better than I expected

1. When I watch suspense movies, I have a habit of pretending to be a director or screenwriter while watching. Imagine how it would unfold the final outcome if you were to shoot it yourself. It's fun to do that and see if the story goes where I want it to be. It would be very disappointing if the final film was not as good as my design.

2. If I were the director of this movie, I would tell the story like this: In the first 80 minutes, I would shoot some details and use some narrative techniques to mislead the audience, so that the audience would think that the stranger who suddenly broke in was a delusional patient, and I would try my best to do everything possible. It is possible to convince the audience that they can show sympathy for the hapless couple and hostility to strangers. Then, the husband and wife together finally defeated the stranger and returned to the city. In the end, I will overturn the previous 80-minute plot, using various apocalyptic scenes in the city to confirm that the stranger did not lie, and the husband and wife eventually died in remorse.

3. Although the above design is not creative (slightly similar to "The Mist"), it will not be ugly if it is shot well.

4. The final film did not disappoint me, it was basically the same as what I set, and it was more thoughtful. Not bad.

5. Cillian Murphy and Thandie Newton are very different when they stand together, and they don't look like a husband and wife. Casting comparison failed.

6. Overall, this film is definitely watchable and will not be a waste of time.
