Julia and Sarah (played by Belen Rueda) are twin sisters who suffer from degeneration in their prime. A year ago, Sarah was completely blind, and Julia was gradually losing her sight. One dark night, Sarah hanged herself. Julia feels uneasy, and the next day she and her husband Isaac (Lluis Homar) drive to her sister's house, waiting for them with unbelievable bad news. However, there are various indications that Sarah did not seem to have committed suicide. She seemed to be accompanied by a mysterious man in the last period of her life.
Julia tried to follow these clues, her behavior made Isaac very restless, and the panic caused her eyesight to deteriorate faster. At the moment when darkness is about to come, Julia also vaguely perceives a man who has come and gone is constantly patrolling beside her.
