I watched this film entirely because I was particularly impressed by the "Gabriella's song" in the live performance of the Stockholm Boys Choir in Sweden. I don't know why I shed tears as they sang. It was inexplicable. Moving. So I decided to watch a movie.
Maybe it's because the chorus was so beautiful before, so the movie was very immersed in it.
Fortunately, it is indeed a very touching masterpiece, so when the theme song played again, I burst into tears again.
As it is in heaven, yes, people with pure heart are actually in heaven. The rhythm of the whole film is very well controlled, and it can be seen that it is a work that is practical and thoughtful by the director. The scenes and actors are extremely simple, including the way of narration and the shots, although simple but revealing incomparable sincerity. So when you feel it with your heart, that kind of resonance and shock really can't be expressed by tears.
It can be said that I like every character. Although there are villains, the villains are also very real. This is living human nature. Sad at times, but we are really in heaven.
If it is a little flawed, I think the ending is a little rushed and the explanation is not clear enough. Maybe it was the director's intention.
Don't be sad, be brave, we are in heaven!
