Only 31 minutes of film, shocking footage, showing the most real Auschwitz concentration camp.
I believe that many people have seen the Sintler List. It is a highly rated movie that contains love and hate, but there are too many modifications and changes in storytelling angles that make the movie more acceptable to the audience. However, we History needs to be understood from different perspectives, and it is impossible to say which is true or not, but perspectives are important. More than three hours of storytelling does not have the shock of the 30-minute documentary. Some people may feel uneasy about some of the pictures in the film, but I believe that it is not the real photos that make you feel scared, but the scene at that time. In a real documentary, the director did not recreate some scenes of the story, but only through the shooting of real scenes and historical narration, which made people fall into the situation at that time. At the same time, there are a lot of real historical pictures.
This reminds me of the former site of the Lushun Japanese-Russian Prison in Lushun, Dalian.
The last narration in the film made me feel ashamed as I watched the film, did we just go through the past to feel comfort and hope for the status quo.
"When the memories go back in time we pretend to be hopeful again
as if we and the victims who were lied to in the camp were healed
We pretend it only happens once in one place, one time
We turn a blind eye
to the world and pretend we can't hear the incessant weeping of humans "
