A photographer went to the small island of Potters Bluff to take pictures, only to be caught by a group of people, burned to death and put in a car to disguise the appearance of a car accident. Such cases have frequently occurred on small islands recently, and most of the victims are foreigners. Sheriff Dan Gillis is responsible for investigating these cases.
