What attracted me to this film was that in 19th century England, the ancient fascination, the enigmatic temptation deeply attracted me. The Jack the Ripper case remains a complicated one in history. At the same time, there is so much blood and killing inside, and in the end, it is only gradually decaying in that dark corner under the cover of the ruling class. However, the stench of sin was still undisguised and exuded, which was disgusting. When the scalpel cut through the white neck, a six-foot column of blood spurted out, a bloody case lured by a bunch of grapes, and the conspiracy behind it was the fault of an irresponsible prince. Since I can't bear it, I don't want this serious sin to be repaid with human life. The people who witnessed the wedding were charged with crimes because of it. Unexpectedly, it was the Queen's order, Victoria I, behind the scenes. And the Ripper is an old doctor... ugh!
In it Albert's love is unstoppable, and as he says, I can see them. That's enough, I think. Perhaps having faced the pain of losing his wife, he knew: as long as the people I love live safely. Because at least it's still alive. When you die, there is nothing left. The vicissitudes revealed in the deep eyes are the hardships he has experienced. I have to say, Johnny Depp's eyes have a unique charm.
Jack the Ripper is a cruel era, and there are so many puzzles in it that we don't have time to think about who is right and who is wrong. Everyone has their own unique way, and although they can't understand it, they will eventually find an outlet.
