Probably because of: speeding, warmth, comedy, action, and most importantly, doing what's right. It's all brought together, and that's what a lot of his films are partly trying to show. It's different from the feeling of complete laughter from Plan A.
The fighting plot on the rooftop at the end is really a classic in my heart. The music and action work well together, but unfortunately I can't find the soundtrack.
Oh, by the way, the heroine is very beautiful, but it seems that I have never seen it again.
