The whole film is a stereotypical World War II model, with memories and contrasts between the present and the past. But Europeans can always find a point or two to spice up an entire bland film. Children and mothers, who can separate them with strength, and deliver food to the children through the barbed wire, every person who has loved sees what we have been saying in the world, and its statement has never been questioned. "maternal love". It is the center of the whole film. Perhaps the only thing the film wants and expresses is maternal love. From the reporter's pregnancy to the question of whether or not the child should be born, to the innocence of the children in the concentration camp and the love of the mothers. Sarah, the former beneficiary of these loves, was doomed to the tragedy of her life just because of one wrong decision of hers.
The bed in childhood is always a debt of a lifetime, and carrying this debt on the road in the future will not only bear the opinions of the people around you. This is the realm of social psychology. Our attitude towards history has changed from the god-like view of people in the textbook to the fact that no one believes in it later. This is not only because our nation lacks a sense of trust, but more importantly, it also makes us lose the possibility of being respected by most people. Sarah chose to escape from that period of history. In her own life, she was afraid and unwilling to admit the grief of her past. She also wanted to live a better life for herself and more for her descendants. Live like a normal person, forget a past that you never want to talk about, sometimes it's not to escape but to move forward for the better. The film always talks about the topic "Why did you dig out this history?" The reporter doesn't know why, maybe it's an occupational disease, maybe it's just a habit of most people's curiosity. Sometimes we choose to announce a thing, maybe not because of what we want, but an instinctive reaction. How should we remember history? Lessons, how should we absorb experience? Human nature is always the same, and out of a few comprehens who have gone beyond the human circle, more people are in this circle year after year. I always thought that the tragedy of the Cultural Revolution would never happen again with the progress of history. But I forgot, it turns out that we have always just lived in history and escaped the prison of fate, and none of us have done it.
After indignation, more of us will choose to forget, because we want to move forward better. Only when we move forward with good memories, the passion generated by those good memories is the driving force behind our efforts, and we will not choose to work hard for an invisible and dark future. And that dark history we give up more, just because we are afraid to see it bring us a new history.
