Based on the 1985 BBC six-hour miniseries, Edge of Darkness stars Gibson as Thomas Craven, a Boston Police Department homicide detective as a single father who loves his 24-year-old daughter Yes, but there are unforeseen circumstances. One day, my daughter was killed on the steps in front of my house. Thomas believes that the killer's real target is himself, and he is stubborn and plunges into the case, but as the investigation deepens, he discovers that his daughter's murder actually has a hidden meaning behind the case is the corruption of the entire government system.
